Marina - I use to report on those reports for a living and I've gained a healthy disrespect for them. That said there probably has been a shift in attitude among UK businesses in that they appreciate there are certain advantages to being seen to be green - looks good on corporate web sites, reassures customers, helps with recruiting and so on. Whether they really care about climate or not is another matter. Whether they do anything sufficiently substantial to alter there prices in a competitive market is also another matter. Don't hold your breath.
