Ireland Declares Climate Emergency

(edited)

Please note dear Greta's charming reaction. What do you think, will the Irish leave fossil fuels in the ground, switching to 100% bicycles and horse carriages to avert the danger? because, frankly, the way these politicians speak, I don't see an alternative to an immediate and comprehensive change in energy consumption habits. Here. It's turning into mass hysteria.

PS. And it's spreading fast: http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/PO1905/S00141/call-for-the-nz-govt-to-declare-a-climate-emergency.htm
