Question:

With the only 'accurate' storage and draw data being available from North America, how does anyone feel that they have a handle on global 'surplus'?

Even the oil gurus in North America consistently report 'surprises' in their storage and draw data.

Everytime I have looked the EIA data there is always a glaring disconnect on their graph when actual data ends and the forecast begins.

I could foresee a day when we wake up and are told, "Sorry guys, we got it wrong and there is actually NO oil in storage!"
