I noticed that, when existing actions get mired in lawsuits & regulatory red tape, Trump will scrap those actions and start over.  I'm not sure how the clean slate approach clears the red tape, but it does.  Maybe they submit applications with different legal justifications, or maybe they're making use of the new judges he's appointed. 

Whatever the case, that raises an important question: will new pipeline applications have an easier time under Trump than old pipeline applications had under Obama?
