I've read now that Iraq wants to build a new pipeline to transport oil from Kirkuk to Turkey's port of Ceyhan. Exports have been offline since the Kurdish independence referendum, and Iraq think it's going to export 1 million bpd from its planned new pipeline. That would double Kirkuk's oil exports.
