DanilKa + 443 July 29, 2019 Rystad number makes no sense to me - too big to be true (47 x 365 = 133,225 wells/year? there are probably fewer Hor wells than that: https://shaleprofile.com/2019/07/17/us-update-through-march-2019/); too small to be number of frac stages/day. https://www.rystadenergy.com/newsevents/news/press-releases/us-fracking-rate-on-the-rise-again/ Is someone secretly placing single fracs on vertical wells (~1000 wells/year last I've check)? Or what are they smokin? As per FracFocus peak activity in 2014 seen 26,500 wells frac'd (Hor, Vert & Directional); down to 15,200 in 2018.
