Google has set up Artificial Intelligence development lab in China for their "Deep Mind" software.  Google is post nation-state.  Talk about fair trade. Factor in Google's senior executives "not liking" the results of the 2016 election and working hard to guarantee that can't happen again, and we're well past post nation state and into full on treason territory.
