The US alone just added 22 completion crews so expect a jump in production. A pipeline in Texas just started moving oil so any stranded oil in that area may come online soon = more production. Weekly storage trending on the 5 year chart is higher than average and then there is the trade war which is supposed to kill demand.

This all points to lower prices over time.
