The demand is based on the allegation that “Tesla routinely deployed individuals to inspect the solar systems who lacked basic solar training and knowledge.” The lawsuit could not have come at a worst time: just a couple of days ago Musk announced a new rent-a-solar system for six states in the latest bid to revive Tesla’s solar business.
