Hoo boy.  This Saudi Aramco IPO zombie nighmare has turned into a vampire story.  With money being sucked out of bloated, fabulously wealthy Saudi families that are (or rather were) above the law.

The Aramco Twilight Vampire IPO should be an amusing soap opera.  But will anyone sparkle in the sunlight?  Stay tuned...

No, not at all. The Kingdom is a true absolute monarchy. The House of Saud is the law. What ever he says is the law. There is no higher court or western concept rule of law to appeal to.

Now why the outside world would want to invest, that is a question the Sauds need to answer. MBS is delivering a lot of reason not to invest. The concept of systemic engineering and thinking eludes them. Unintended, but completely predictable consequences, and happening.

Silly trivia question. What other country is named after the absolute ruling family?
