This is classic Prince--and I don't mean the singer formerly known as; rather, the company formerly known as .. Blackwater. Prince is apparently trying to secure himself something in Libya ostensibly in order to save all the migrants being sold into slavery. He's either desperate for some good contracts after his reputation took a severe beating, or he's gunning for piece of the Libyan oil wealth (indirectly)--or both.
