Survey Says Texas is Best Oil and Gas Venue

Every year, the Fraser Institute puts out a survey of oil industry execs, ranking the best place in the world for investment in E&P. This is the 11th year they've done it and Texas took the number one spot. The five best (which means most attractive for investment) were: Texas, UAE, Alberta, Kuwait, Egypt.

Absolutely nothing produced by the Fraser "Institute" is done without bias. The organization has received huge amounts of money from the Koch brothers.

"Koch brothers, owners of Koch Industries and a favorite target of the American left, had donated $373,721 in total to the Fraser Institute, arguably Canada’s most prominent right-wing think tank and an official charity registered with the Canada Revenue Agency."
