Why Iranian feel safe about their oil export system?

I say , as an Iranian who has seen Iranian Oil Industry once collapsed in the long war against Iraq, that when in that period of time the other counties which export oil in the world found benefits from that collapsed, now why do we not find benefit from Saudi Arabia's oil export collapsed?
