Hi, what is the probability of a war between the United States and Iran?

Zero!

There is simply no reason for the US to engage in military hostilities with Iran.

What is your opinion?

The US has been at war with Iran since 1979. The qualifier that should have been applied to the original question was whether the war is 'hot' - as in bombs, bullets, armies, etc. There have been no shortage of fatalities, and billions spent on both sides on various international intrigues.

I guess we now even need a qualifier for war, which is why I used the term military hostilities.
Probably another ‘caegorical error’ on my part.

Low. Trump's not dumb. Nor is the Iranian government.

However, a war between Israel and Iran in the next 5 years is pretty likely.

Probably so, but by default the US would be involved.

What a benign statement the word WAR is a noun- a state of armed conflict between different nations or states or different groups within a nation or state.

Hot War as apposed to a Cold War- Not Much difference

Cold War Casualties by region:

158,000 Greek Civil War
 3,000 Executed in East Germany
 6,222–6,722 Hungarian Revolution
 2,469,287–3,272,955 Korean War
 2,500,000–6,000,000 1945–49 Chinese Civil War
 200–300 Iranian Revolution
 200,000 Guatemalan Civil War
 100,000 Congo Crisis
 5,000 Cuban Revolution
 4,198 Bay of Pigs Invasion
 2,825 Dominican Civil War

 966,000–3,812,000 Vietnam War
 240,000–300,000 Cambodian Civil War
 1,700,000–3,000,000 Cambodian genocide
 20,000–62,000 Laotian Civil War
 100,000 Hmong genocide
 200,000 Degar genocide

Considering that Trump's been at war with the Democrats, it shouldn't be surprising that the Dems are at war with Trump.

Wars have always been the main timeline of history. they change cultural dominations and technology. They are started by leaders and the masses pay the greatest price.

You are about as wrong as anyone could be. The Demoncrats started attacking Trump when he was only one of dozens of Republican candidates trying to gain the nomination. They outwardly laughed and mocked but Obama and the entire establishment was arrayed against him. One man.

They attack the one man with their hate and their shower of weapons. But he is like some rock which stretches into the vast sea and which, exposed to the fury of the winds and beaten against by the waves, endures all the violence.

Presidents aren't saints.  They're glorified government employees, to be evaluated based on their results.  The idea that any president should be treated as a prophet or a saint is not only blasphemous from a Christian standpoint but openly anathema to democratic principles.

I agree, just trying to provide some balance against the 90% of the establishment which denigrates him.

Trump has claimed to lead Israel and seems to be popular there. A trait to be noted if you believe in Anti Christ rhetoric. The Anti Christ will control the worlds economy. Another trait. Lol Trump has a higher support by evangelical Protestant by 25% and has historical high support for a German US politician. So why does Trump praise leaders like Putin, XI and Kin Jun Un while bringing a glock to a knife fight in fellow American cultural battles? Trump doesn’t hide his hate while most of us have been trained to.
Trump is the type of man to declare himself more successful than Jesus. Just ask him. Lol
