Total still forging ahead with work on South Pars in Iran. Is Total really convinced there will be no new sanctions, or is it just too big of a deal to give up on even with significant risks?

New sanctions on Iran right now would be counterproductive given everything that's going on internally right now. The smarter move is targeted sanctions. The new sanctions right now are targeting Hezbollah (which is fighting ISIS in Syria), but whose keeping track. Has to be a counterbalance.
