Europe losing out on oil quality as Russia diverts to China for market share

Battling for Asian market share with OPEC and US, Russia is diverting higher-quality crude cargoes from Europe to China. Something's got to give. Europe's got no teeth though as its refiners threaten to stop purchasing Russian oil in backlash.
