Venezuela Buying Crude Again

After a seven-month stoppage, Venezuela once again buying crude (and when I say "buying", I mean swapping goods for) for its Isla refinery. It's not making enough of its own crude to refine, and fuel is running short. Guess who it's buying from? China.

The goods Venezuela is swapping it for heavy crude and fuel after it is refined. They're just digging their own hole deeper, but not sure they have a choice.
