You are doing the same thing It's not hypocrisy for Canada to be imposing tariffs on a country that isn't part of NAFTA, but upholding the USA to their agreement, regardless of whether or not you like it. The materials they use to build the panels comes from China and in many cases they are just assembling them in Canada.
