Although at September 2019 the inventory was 645 million barrels, it only translates to about a month of US consumption (or less than a week's global consumption), so are you sure about how bad it might be?

Oil is pretty tight. All it would take is one good shooting war, or a big blowup in the ME, and we'd be singing the blues.
