I like the way OPEC officials feed us information. I like the flourish, the confidence, the exaggeration they like so much. Especially sweeping statements like this one. Anyway, Putin's not really know for going back on his word, whatever a lot of people want to think about him, the reason being he thinks long-term. They'll stick to the deal until it's in their interest. The rod's in their hands, it's been made abundantly clear.
