Russia Eager to Buy into Aramco

So, Russian banks are apparently "eager" to take a piece of Aramco, in partnership with Chinese investors. I wonder if it's too late for Micex to enter the bourse race. This IPO affair getting hilarious because I know the Chinese are not the most generous of investors and I'm not sure how generous the Russians would be feeling when the time comes.
