Salon magazine is actually using the computers of its readers to mine Monero crypto coin. Pretty bold and creative. Respect, even if it IS rude. If you block their advertising, they use your computer to mine Monero.

Guess they can get away with it. They're basically saying the web isn't free so if you're using adblocker, you'll pay somehow, and in this case, by ''letting' them use your PC to mine crypto.
