The trend is your friend.  Unless you're in UGAZ.  In which case it's your enemy.

Also, look at all the jaggy lines in natural gas.  Today's behavior is normal for natty.  

If you're panicking, sell.  Always sell at the first hint of panic.  Never hold something AND panic.
