UK Blames Russia for NotPetya

"An assessment by the National Cyber Security Centre, part of GCHQ, has found that the Russian military was almost certainly responsible for the ‘NotPetya’ cyber attack of June 2017."

I like the "almost certainly" part and I'd really like to hear what sort of a retaliation is Downing Street thinking about. Otherwise it's just more words, words, words.
