U.S. consortium of Utilities and Manufacturers are filing suit against pipeline companies due to more capacity going to more profitable export markets as opposed to domestic users.

This is reducing supply to U.S. users and increasing prices to domestic users. 

This was the oroginal argument against allowing Natural Gas back under Obama Administration.

Several new or expanded U.S. LNG facilities coming online over next 18 months.
