India is very ambitious about electric cars but also doing its best to achieve this goal. Their government even bought 10,000 electric cars just to show how serious they are about this. But again, they will need much more than will and desire.

In a country like India, where about 3 million fossil fuel powered vehicles sell annually, it will be very hard to make it happen. But other automakers such as Hyundai,  are interested  to introduce their EVs in India, so this could be India's push up towards its goal, at least part of it.

Hacking? it may be very deliberate, well planned. It is the way banks work in India. Huge banking frauds exposures are happening now and financial frauds are at their peak now.

So, world of  global banking needs innovative solutions to be based on thinking ahead of everyone else can guess what the hacks can be. Some goes for a car industry.

No domestic manufacturing is the biggest problem. Right now local EV makers import about 80% of the parts for Evs. That also includes the battery and its management system. If they want to keep their electric vehicles and the grid safe, they will have to put serious efforts to enable  software and at least 55% of the components to be made in the country.  That is the only solution.

China is the best example of that. Its manufacturers make every single part of the electric cars in the  country.
