CORRECT !  Justice Department should prosecute ALL of them.

There will always be massive corruption in Ukraine.  It's in their DNA. 

Vindman two infractions:

1. Told Ukraine President don't listen to Trump. Disregard his policy.   This is insubordination. The U.S. President makes policy. Not some NSC staffer.

2. He leaked classified information to Faux Whistleblower Ciaramella. Conspired with Ciaramella to file a false report with IG.

I do not know. I would be Trump, I would indirectly work to slower the proceedings against the Bidens at the point of co-operation of executive and judiciary, thus without any direct influence over judiciary. Or just proceed to some level at which you have some dirt against Bidens to use it IF Biden get nominated or better if there is a draw Biden vs Sanders.

In the meantime, any publicity about Bidens alleged frauds is only giving Joe Biden undue credibility and importance, cause Democrats think that the whole case is a political hoax to eliminate the strong contender.

Biden is distant 4th place in Iowa caucus, wait at least till super Tuesday, do not feed the beast.

Personally not concerned about the primary or election

The Washington elites getting rich off of taxpayers dollars is a problem.  The problem is that it's so pervasive .  So incestuous. Nobody wants to open an investigation.  Unless it's Trump , an outsider.  

At the highest levels of FBI and Justice Dept of you file a case against a career politician you are screwed when their party comes into power.  One more reason for term limits.

Example: FBI director Comey took a leave of absence JUST BEFORE the FBI was about to put out a contract for two Dept wide  Information Technology projects.  One for case management and one for bio database.  He took a job at McDonald Douglas.  He delivered the two contracts to McDonald Douglas and received a bonus of $11 million between the two contracts.  Then went back to Justice Dept. Sweet. 

FBI should investigate Comey.
