Zhong Lu + 845 February 21, 2020 (edited) Buying back at 1.9. Reason: 1. Evidence of short covering. 2. Despite the massive dropoff, we're still in an uptrend. 3. Large short interest. 4. Move gave bagholders from 2 a chance to unload. 5. Report was very bullish. 6. Producers can't survive at these prices. Also, buying UCO (oil) for obvious reasons (just look at that chart).
