Follow the money.  Combatting "Climate Change" is the new EU ponzi get rich quick scheme. This insanity is just a new twist to the ages-old political agenda of gaining power, money, and control over citizens using overwrought hysteria tactics. Proposal to spend 25% of EU budget on climate change
