Tom Kirkman + 8,860 May 11, 2019 Follow the money. Combatting "Climate Change" is the new EU ponzi get rich quick scheme. This insanity is just a new twist to the ages-old political agenda of gaining power, money, and control over citizens using overwrought hysteria tactics. Proposal to spend 25% of EU budget on climate change
Tom Kirkman + 8,860 May 11, 2019 Remember this 2014 U.N. report? "The impact of climate change will be small relative to the impacts of other drivers" Climate Change 2014: Impacts, Adaptation, and Vulnerability. Part A: Global and Sectoral Aspects. Contribution of Working Group II to the Fifth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Perhaps you don't remember the report, due to MSM induced hysteria recently? Report is attached here for your easy reference: WGIIAR5-Chap10_FINAL.pdf
Wilfredo Vargas 0 W May 15, 2019 (edited) In 2014 there was not many events that showed the impact of climate change. Now you have droughts, floods, wild fires which cause poverty, massive migrations, then more poverty and more crime in crowded cities, especially in third world countries. So, unless you live in Siberia, Russia, there are few benefits of this phenomenon. Edited May 15, 2019 by Wilfredo Vargas

Geothermal in Europe? Sucks. Solar? ROYALLY SUCKS, but they do have wind, but they need storage. Massive storage which means building massive dams in the ALPS whose valley's are all densely populated.... Yea... this is going to be interesting. Who knows, maybe they will reinvent the perpetual motion machine again

So, unless you live in Siberia, Russia, there are few benefits of this phenomenon. Daily highs in every single data set around the world have decreased in last 20 years, yet have dumped ~40% of all human caused CO2 into the atmosphere. Their models(not reality) is predicated by tropical warmth pushing north/south increasing which turns out to be at minimum 7X less than predicted. WHEN this blatant fact was seen in the 90's immediately anthropogenic global warming changed to "climate change" as this is utterly open ended and can mean anything. From 1300 to 1850, Europe was in constant flooding, drought, etc and it was massively COLD. Look up the little Ice age. Has everything to do with the sun and not CO2. TSI/Cosmic rays/solar sun spots align perfectly with increase in temperatures from 1850 to today. Horrors, its the sun... who knew....
Wilfredo Vargas 0 W May 27, 2019 Sounds some members are more informed than 97% of scientist here. And, I am not sure if there is data properly recorded from 1300, but from the 1880 there is plenty, inc.these graph of NASA. .https://climate.nasa.gov/scientific-consensus/
