A guy on YouTube who supposedly is a European natural gas expert claims while fulfilling long term contracts, Russia is refusing to sell natural gas for the spot price. This is in retaliation for Germany not okaying the Nord Stream 2. Even if you believe in natural gas it doesn’t do much good if the supplier is Putin. Is it wise to double down on a new pipeline if Putin is willing to play hardball with existing pipelines?
