Tourmaline completes Crew Energy acquisition and royalty sale to Topaz Energy

Tourmaline Oil Corp. announced that it has closed the acquisition of Crew Energy Inc. and has entered an agreement to sell a gross overriding royalty interest to Topaz Energy Corp.
