Alberta pushes back on federal oil and gas emissions cap put forth by Trudeau
(Bloomberg) – Alberta intends to invoke legislation allowing it to defy a federally proposed cap on emissions from the oil and gas industry in opposition to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The Canadian province holds the world’s third-largest crude reserves in its oil sands.
