Texas RRC levies over $1.4 million in fines against oil and gas operators

The Railroad Commission of Texas assessed $1,405,949 in enforcement docket fines against operators and businesses at the Commissioners’ Conference on Tuesday. The Commission has primary oversight and enforcement of the state’s oil and gas industry.
