TotalEnergies kicks off $250 million project to capture gas from Iraqi oil field

TotalEnergies, Basra Oil Company and QatarEnergy broke ground on a $250 million project to capture gas from the Ratawi oil field in Southern Iraq. The planned facility will process 50 million cu. ft. per day of gas that was previously flared, TotalEnergies stated.
