CNOOC to lower oil output targets, keep spending flat in 2025

(Bloomberg) – China’s Cnooc Ltd. said it’ll keep spending flat in 2025, while revising its output targets lower. The country’s biggest offshore oil and gas explorer produced about 720 million barrels of oil equivalent in 2024, according to statement.
