Diversified Energy has reached an agreement to acquire Maverick Natural Resources for $1.275 billion. The acquisition will provide Diversified a new Permian asset base with multiple zones in the Northern Delaware basin, and will have a combined production base of approx. ~1,200 MMcfe/d (~200 Mboe/d).
