Bayswater E&P to sell DJ basin assets for $603 million

Bayswater Exploration and Production has entered into an agreement to sell assets in the Denver Julesburg Basin (DJ Basin) to Prairie Operating Company in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $603 million.
