What is Going on With GE??

GE has been everyone's least favorite stock for a while now, but really ... what is going on here? Can it get any worse?

Everyone keeps thinking we've seen the bottom (for months), but it's still ... bottoming out. 

Now,  smaller board with three new directors ... and it's looking even worse.

Doesn't help that Buffett has come out saying he's shocked at GE's financial lapses, which he called 'big time'
