US may stop sending Naptha to Venezuela--they need this to mix with their heavy oil or it doesn't flow in the pipelines. This would be devastating--even more devastating than it already is in Venezuela--if the US went through with this. How likely is this? What would the US do with all that naphtha if we didn't send it to Venezuela?
