Addy + 14 AW February 28, 2018 I think UAE's compliance was voluntary, wasn't it? I don't know that I guess but I can't think of any reason its production cuts would have been involuntary. They just haven't been complying all along though, so I'm not sure if this means they have overcomplied, or whether it just complied more than it has been.
