Zimbabwe says it has the reserves to produce a fifth of the world's lithium. Takers? They just got rid of Mugabe finally and I'm not sure miners would be too eager to go there before the dust settles. Also, they've just approved a 15% penalty tax on platinum exports if you don't build refining plants in the country. Something like Indonesia and aluminium, was it?
