Chevron says its business won't suffer from climate change measures at least until 2040. The company cites the IEA's three scenarios on the possible developments of the war on climate change, the worst among which sees fossil fuel energy dropping only a few percentage points between now and 2040. Not sure how the lawsuits will develop, though.
