Chris Tarjeft + 22 March 24, 2020 I was recently reading about "orphaned barrels" of light oil coming out of the Permian Basin and that there are no processing plants locally. Would it not be a great opportunity for a corp to build out a light oil condensate splitter near this source of very cheap oil? I figure I must be missing something on the cost benefit front, trying to get clarification from experts around here.
