Petar + 76 PP March 20, 2018 Ryanair has agreed to buy a majority stake in the airline founded by Niki Lauda — two months after the former Formula One champion scuppered an attempt by British Airways’ owner IAG to snap it up. Ryanair said the cost of the 75 percent investment would be less than €50 m, although it would provide an additional €50 m for start-up and operating costs in the first year.
