Better late than never, they say. No one will be left behind in the diversification drive it seems. For now, Kuwait is thinking real estate and becoming a business hub, whatever this might mean. Warning: Kuwait's ready to play with Iran, so it would be interesting to see if there will be another blockade in the Mideast.
