How can I go long on Crude Oil for say 5 years!

I want to invest in "crude oil" (as commodity, not in companies engaged in E&P or marketing) with a horizon of upto 5 years. is there a way - whether any true proxy available in the form of exchange traded fund or any other financial instrument?

I am from India and there could be many others who could join this adventure with me.
