ETF Trading Halted on my exchange

Trading was halted around 4:00PM today? I could not sell or buy anymore shares of my ETF. I wanted to close my position before the end of the day but this happened... What can i expect for tomorrow? I don't think this is going to end well in my opinion.

I've read they stopped issuing new shares of HOU, but I don't see why that would prevent anyone from selling shares they currently hold.
