If the price at the pump was lower many Americans would be a little stronger financially,

and that would be a good thing  for the country , wouldn't you agree ?

I agree. I believe it really depends where you live. But yes, if the price at pump is lower, American's should have a little bit of sidecash to spend.  Hopefully it goes towards things that create more jobs.
