I agree.  I found it funny, although it is also quite tragic and sad.

No, it is not.  It is a discussion between a physician and patient.  People don't just show up at a hospital and say "Hey, I heard something on Fox News.  Give me some of that, and some of that, and a little bit of that, please."

That's not what he meant.  It's something like this:

I understand that.  But Fox News, by any scope of the imagination, echos the feelings and positions of the "flyover states" and that is where the majority of Trump's supporters are located.  And by supporters, I don't mean zealots; I mean people that support the President and voted for him because he listens to them and at least tries to make their lives better.  As opposed to the MSM that echos Hillary, Bernie, and all of their ilk that seem to care more about what the world wants.

So, not good enough.

Wow. two reliable sources in a row: The New York Times and the Guardian, and quoting an ex CDC director. Probably a reason he's an ex-director. Notice the MSM lately has been dragging out every ex-director of some health related organization and telling everybody the sky is falling and models predict hotspots in opening states. As for the two aforementioned rags, I think there is still a toilet paper shortage😀😀.

They most certainly do.  Responsible physicians waste lots of time explaining they won't just had out drugs.  Antibiotics for colds, strong painkillers they certainly don't need, viagra, anabolic steroids, weight loss drugs.etc.

The US is one of few countries in the world that allows direct-to-consumer advertising of Rx only drugs.

"Ask your doctors if <insert dangerous drug name here> is right for you."

So, anyone that thinks Trump did a bad job is obviously looking at it from the hindsight perspective. No one knew exactly what to do about this "pandemic" and everyone was scared shitless that it would be over here just RAVAGING our population. Now that we know what to expect we can make better, more informed decisions. Any one that thinks he did a bad job also lives in rainbow houses and thinks they have pet unicorns in their back yard. And Yoshiro is obviously one of those deranged TDS suffering people that just can't open his eyes and actually SEE what is going on. I would venture to say that everything thet comes from him is just that much more Democrat rhetoric spewed from an angry spoiled person.

I must ask you Yoshiro, do you spew this CCP garbage from your I-Phone 10 or I-Pad while drinking a 7.00 cup of crappy Starbucks coffee?

Please stop this thread now!!! I am getting tired of all the emails from this one thread which are all around one communist sycophant's ignorant and provocative propaganda that most on this site know full well this guy is not worth the time to type a comment.  The more comments the more empowering you are for this communist. Last time I get sucked into so much time wasting when it is all an obvious setup.

First, this is far from over.

Second, I would have respect for trump if hadn't flip-flopped on the issue so many times.  Takes credit where possible and shifts blame.  A constantly changing plan is the same as having no plan.

Third, the numbers show that the US isn't doing very well.  You will reach 100,000 deaths every soon.   Right, right the numbers must be wrong, because trump does no wrong...

@Tom Kirkman

Even trump says it is not the flu anymore:

"But it's not the flu. It's vicious. When you send a friend to the hospital and you call up to find out, how is he doing, it happened to me. Where he goes to the hospital, he says goodbye, sort of a tough guy, little older, little heavier than he'd like to be, frankly. And you call up the next day, 'how's he doing?' And he's in a coma? This is not the flu. — White House Coronavirus Task Force Briefing.

I also forgot to ask Yoshiro how he feels about the Democrats that are living in such a state of denial that when Trump cut off travel from China saying that he is nothing more than a xenophobic prick and blatantly told their constituents to "go out and see a show, have dinner" or to "come on down and enjoy the Chinese new year celebration". Do you believe that they were doing a "GOOD" job when they allowed their obvious TDS recklessly endanger all those that took heed of that advice?

Please reply back to me on your I-Phone ASAP....

Oh, by the way, I personally believe that anyone that would pay 1000.00 for a friggin phone has a bunch of "OTHER ISSUES" as well.... Carry on!!!

Look at the date on Donald's tweet. Today, we have 95,000 deaths. Donald is an idiot. But he's your idiot so you love him unconditionally.

The rest of the world is flailing about exactly like Trump. That is to say, there was no need to shut the economy down anywhere because of the virus. And there was no need to give free money or bailouts. If you look at https://www.worldometers.info/ you will see that the world population is rapidly increasing. Where is your sense of decency, Yoshiro? I beg you: Leave the virus alone.

Whenever we receive information from any source, we should not blindly believe or blindly reject. We should find out where they received their information from and what are their motives for giving me this information? Do they sincerely aspire to look for the truth? Do they care for other people? Or do they want to manipulate others into believing something for their own gain?

We know that the MSM has become expert in manipulating people’s emotions. Research has confirmed that it is easiest to manipulate people through greed and fear. We can see how people can be manipulated through greed whenever we watch commercials where someone is trying to sell a product or an experience to us. Such people want us to do something which we would not do otherwise. So, they use manipulation to change our behavior. This has worked amazingly well over the last decades to the point that many people are heavily indebted.

In the case of fear, it is even easier to manipulate people’s behavior as people are so afraid of the unknown and to lose what they have, especially their lives and their loved ones. So, if you notice that someone is trying to make you afraid of something or someone, you should very carefully question their motives. What do they gain from informing me about some perceived danger? Do they sincerely just want to warn me of a real danger or is this is a trick to get me to change my behavior, lifestyle etc.

We see many financial subscription services that sell their services by instilling fear of the future in people who have assets. When we look at how the MSM has covered Covid 19 over the last months, the evidence has mounted that they clearly have been on a mission to present misinformation rather than objectively looking at the facts. Success stories are never told how any particular state or country has done well or has recovered. Rather, they present one doomsday prediction after another. Of course, keeping people in fear must help their ratings so they can sell more commercials for top $  But are there other motives behind the onesided news coverage we have seen on almost all programs for the last few months? Do your own analysis and be careful who you trust.

As you may wonder, I have nothing to gain from me posting this. I am simply doing my part in trying to help people become more aware of what is really going on.

Don't know if you guys already saw this article, which came out on the 8th of May:

An Anarchic Gray Market Controls Vital Supply of Protective Gear

A few weeks ago, Mike Gula was negotiating millions of dollars of deals in the gray market for protective gear, in line for a huge profit. Mr. Gula, 39, had rocketed up to become among the largest brokers peddling masks and other medical equipment to states in need as they fight the new coronavirus.

Now, his deals with several states including California and Maryland have come undone. He is facing federal and state investigations. His firm, Blue Flame Medical LLC in Washington, D.C., is scrambling to secure supplies from China to fulfill other deals.

New entrants have flocked to the market of selling masks, gloves, gowns, ventilators and virus tests to fulfill the need of U.S. front-line workers—and it is a chaotic scene.

A look inside this vital but anarchic market reveals legitimate vendors and traders, fly-by-night brokers and opportunists who look to make a fast buck while operating in an arena with little transparency and fast-changing rules. Some brokers estimate the market has swelled to $50 billion.

Love the desperate left and their hit pieces.  They want the panic, confusion and crashing economies because no one is buying their bullshit any more.  And at least here that's the only way they have of winning.  Four more years of America first so we can pull everyone else up.

LOL!  You still don't get it, do you @Yoshiro Kamamura?

Hillary and her crowd lost the election for President because they cared too much what the rest of the world thinks, and ignored large swathes of Americans.

Donald Trump WON the election because he and his crowd don't care what the rest of the world thinks.

So, you've got to ask yourself: Do you think we care what you think?

Dan are you aware that Hillary won the popular vote?

Are you aware that doesn't win elections?  Please accept the results.

This little teaser from 3 weeks before the last election:
Clinton calls Trump a ‘sore loser’

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton called Donald Trump a “sore loser” on Sunday because of his refusal at their debate last week to commit to accepting the results of the November 8 election.

Clinton, a former secretary of state, said Trump’s comments were more consistent with what dictators in non-democratic countries might say about their opponents.

“To say you won’t respect the results of the election, that is a direct threat to our democracy,” Clinton told a rally at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. “The peaceful transfer of power is one of the things that makes America America.”

Yeah, but dead people and 12 time voters don't count in the election so Trump won anyway....
